The Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner was held at Glaziers Hall in London on 4 June 2025

Our Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony took place at Glaziers Hall, in London SE1 9DD, on Wednesday 4 June, where we celebrated the announcement of this year’s winners.

Set on the banks of the River Thames with breathtaking views of the City skyline, the River Room at Glaziers Hall, framed by striking floor-to-ceiling glazed arches, provided an unforgettable backdrop for an evening of recognition and celebration.

Now in their 18th year, the prestigious Think Global People Awards offer a distinguished platform to honour the exceptional individuals and teams leading the way in global mobility, international leadership, education, and human resources. This elegant evening celebrated those whose unwavering commitment, innovation, and leadership are shaping a more connected and progressive global landscape. We gathered to recognise excellence and the visionaries driving it forward.

Professor Hlupic is the author of four books, the most well-known are Humane Capital (2018) and The Management Shift, How to Harness the Power of People and Transform Your Organisation for Sustainable Success (2014).

Through her work, Professor Hlupic has redefined modern management practices, and helped countless organisations change for the better. She is Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, a former Adjunct Faculty at London Business School, a consultant and Visiting Faculty for Said Business School and a global faculty member of Headspring and Duke executive education. As an international thought leader and CEO of Management Shift Solutions Limited, she runs the flagship TMS (The Management Shift) Leadership Development Programme.

She has won over 30 international awards and has consistently ranked among the world’s most influential HR thinkers. Read more

Host for the evening

Our Host for the evening was Jayne Constantinis who ensured a slick lively and enjoyable awards ceremony. She has hosted our awards ceremony for the past five years and we were delighted to welcome her back to our prestigious London Awards event in 2025.

“It’s been a real joy to host this evening," said Jayne Constantinis, “The stories behind each award reveal the dedication, resilience, and innovation driving global mobility forward. These awards are more than recognition, they’re a celebration of human impact, connection, and bold ideas making a difference across borders.”

Jayne Constantinis has been in the communications business for 25 years, as a live continuity announcer on BBC television; a business reporter/newsreader on BBC World; a financial services corporate presenter. She facilitates and speaks at live events (see her recent TEDx talk), moderates panels.

Jayne was the Host for our Future of Work Festival in 2022, our Innovation Festival for Global Working in 2023 our Think Global People and Relocate Awards Gala Dinner in 2024.
