Set on the banks of the River Thames with breathtaking views of the City skyline, the River Room at Glaziers Hall, framed by striking floor-to-ceiling glazed arches, provided an unforgettable backdrop for an evening of recognition and celebration.
Now in their 18th year, the prestigious Think Global People Awards offer a distinguished platform to honour the exceptional individuals and teams leading the way in global mobility, international leadership, education, and human resources. This elegant evening celebrated those whose unwavering commitment, innovation, and leadership are shaping a more connected and progressive global landscape. We gathered to recognise excellence and the visionaries driving it forward.
In today’s rapidly changing and interconnected world, traditional leadership models are no longer sufficient to drive sustainable success. This keynote introduced The Management Shift®—an evidence-based, globally proven methodology that empowers leaders to transcend borders, industries, and mindsets by embracing conscious, purpose-driven leadership. By moving beyond outdated, hierarchical approaches and fostering creative connections across teams and cultures, leaders can unlock unprecedented levels of engagement, innovation, and profitability.
This talk demonstrated how The Management Shift®’s unique 5-Level framework equips organisations to break down barriers, adapt to disruption, and create lasting global impact. Attendees left inspired and equipped with actionable insights to lead with empathy, foster collaboration, and ignite transformative change - no matter where they are in the world.
