The Awards Gala Dinner and Ceremony was held at Glaziers Hall in London on Wednesday 4 June 2025

BBC broadcaster and BAFTA-nominated journalist Jayne Constantinis, hosted the awards ceremony alongside Fiona Murchie, founder of Relocate Global.
 
“It’s been a real joy to host this evening," said Jayne Constantinis, “The stories behind each award reveal the dedication, resilience, and innovation driving global mobility forward. These awards are more than recognition, they’re a celebration of human impact, connection, and bold ideas making a difference across borders.”
 
The excitement in the room was palpable, with award winners expressing joy and gratitude. Many described the evening as a highlight in their professional journey, with one winner commenting, “It is a true honour to be recognised. We are thrilled!”, and another shared, “Thank you so much for this beautiful recognition,”.

Professor Hlupic is the author of four books, the most well-known are Humane Capital (2018) and The Management Shift, How to Harness the Power of People and Transform Your Organisation for Sustainable Success (2014).

Through her work, Professor Hlupic has redefined modern management practices, and helped countless organisations change for the better. She is Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, a former Adjunct Faculty at London Business School, a consultant and Visiting Faculty for Said Business School and a global faculty member of Headspring and Duke executive education. As an international thought leader and CEO of Management Shift Solutions Limited, she runs the flagship TMS (The Management Shift) Leadership Development Programme.
