Think Global People is once again proud to support International Women’s Day 2026, embracing this year’s theme, Give to Gain; a powerful call to generosity, collaboration and collective progress.
Two weeks of indoor and outdoor events
From 2 to 13 March 2026, we will mark International Women’s Day with two weeks of connection and action through Think Global Women events worldwide. These will include lively and informative podcasts and conversations in your country or region, and an in-person event in Lamberhurst, Kent, on Tuesday, 10th March.
This event, set across indoor and outdoor spaces, will bring together Purpose, Wellbeing and Nature, creating time and space to think differently, connect meaningfully, and collaborate with intent. Together, we will explore what it really takes to support women in international leadership, not in theory, but in practice, building on Think Global Women’s eight bedrock principles agreed at our last event in 2025.

We are delighted to confirm speakers, including:
- Anna-Marie Watson: Change agent, learning and development consultant, coach, author and podcaster.
- Sarah Rozenthuler: international keynote speaker, chartered psychologist and published author.
This will be a thought-provoking and memorable experience for women working in, or aspiring to, international leadership roles.
